Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of wear or damage.
Payment and DeliveryIn online payments, the amount will be charged from your credit card at the end of your order. Refunds to your credit card for canceled orders due to possible order cancellations or stock issues will be processed within 10 business days.DeliveryWe strive to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products with longer lead times, the delivery time is as stated in the product details, typically 3 business days. In case of any potential delays in delivery, you will be notified. To ensure smooth delivery of the products, please provide the delivery address where you are present during the day.Your requests will be processed according to the delivery option you have chosen at the end of the order. Products will be shipped from our company via PTT cargo company. Orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 3 (three) business days after confirmation.You can discuss different delivery terms with our customer representative. Additionally, shipping deliveries are valid for Turkey only.Payment TrackingIf the system cannot complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor will be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page. In case of any errors in the specified address, the person who placed the order will be contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered.The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is transferred.We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use for the delivery to take place.Please Note!During shipment, please open and inspect packages that you believe may have been damaged in the presence of the delivery company representative. Cayma hakkı
On dört gün içinde hiçbir sebep göstermeksizin bu sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahipsiniz. İptal süresi, sizin veya sizin tarafınızdan, taşıyıcı olmayan üçüncü bir kişinin malları teslim aldığı günden itibaren on dört gündür.
Cayma hakkınızı kullanmak için bize net bir beyan (örneğin posta, faks veya E ile gönderilen bir mektup) göndermelisiniz. -Mail) bu sözleşmeyi iptal etme kararınız hakkında. Zorunlu olmayan ekteki model iptal formunu kullanabilirsiniz.

İptalin sonuçları
Bu sözleşmeden geri çekilirseniz, teslimat masrafları da dahil olmak üzere sizden aldığımız tüm ödemeleri size borçlu olacağız (bizim tarafımızdan sunulandan farklı bir teslimat türü seçmenizden kaynaklanan ek masraflar hariç, en ucuz standardı seçtiniz teslimat) derhal ve en geç bu sözleşmenin feshine ilişkin bildirimi aldığımız günden itibaren on dört gün içinde. Bu geri ödeme için, sizinle açıkça başka bir şey üzerinde anlaşmaya varılmadığı sürece, orijinal işlemde kullandığınız ödeme yönteminin aynısını kullanıyoruz; hiçbir koşulda bu geri ödeme için sizden ücret talep edilmeyecektir. İade edilen malları alana kadar veya siz malları iade ettiğinize dair kanıt sağlayana kadar, hangisi daha önceyse, geri ödemeyi reddedebiliriz.
*Malları derhal ve her halükarda bu sözleşmenin iptalini bize bildirdiğiniz günden itibaren en geç on dört gün içinde iade etmeli veya bize teslim etmelisiniz. Malları on dört günlük süre dolmadan geri gönderirseniz, son tarih karşılanır. Malları iade etmenin doğrudan masraflarını üstlenirsiniz. Yalnızca, malların niteliğini, özelliklerini ve işleyişini belirlemek için gerekli olanlar dışında, elleçlemeden kaynaklanan herhangi bir azalan değerden siz sorumlusunuz. Ürün aşınma veya hasar belirtileri gösteriyorsa geri ödeme yapılmaz.*Ödeme ve TeslimatOnline ödemelerinizde siparişiniz sonunda kredi kartınızdan tutar çekim işlemi gerçekleşecektir. Muhtemel sipariş iptali veya stok sorunları nedeniyle sipariş iptallerinde kredi kartınıza para iadesi 10 iş günü içerisinde yapılacaktır.
Teslimat
Sipariş etmiş olduğunuz ürünleri aynı gün kargoya teslim etmeye gayret ediyoruz. Temini zaman alan ürünler için kargo teslim süresi ürün detayında belirtildiği gibi 3 iş günüdür. Gecikmesi muhtemel teslimat durumunda size bilgi verilecektir.
Ürün teslimatının aksamadan gerçekleştirilebilmesi için lütfen gün içinde bulunduğunuz yerin adresini teslimat adresi olarak bildiriniz.
Talepleriniz sipariş sonunda belirlemiş olduğunuz teslimat tipine göre hazırlanmak üzere işleme alınacaktır. Şirketimizden ürünler PTT kargo firmasıyla gönderilecektir. Siparişleriniz onaylandıktan sonra 3 (üç) iş gününde hazırlanır. Hazırlandıktan sonra 3 (üç) iş günü sonunda Kargo firmasına teslim edilir. Kargo süresi 5-7 iş günü sürebilir.
Müşteri temsilcimize danışarak değişik teslimat şartları konusunda görüşebilirsiniz. Ayrıca kargo teslimatları sadece Türkiye için geçerlidir
Ödeme Takibi
Söz konusu sistem herhangi bir sorun nedeni ile işlemi gerçekleştiremiyorsa ödeme sayfası sonucunda ziyaretçimiz bu durumdan haberdar edilmektedir.
Belirtilen adreste herhangi bir hata durumunda teslimatı gerçekleşemeyen sipariş ile ilgili olarak siparişi veren ile bağlantı kurulmaktadır.
Ziyaretçimiz tarafından belirtilen e-posta adresinin geçerliliği siparişin aktarılmasını takiben gönderilen otomatik e-posta ile teyit edilmektedir.
Teslimatın gerçekleşmesi konusunda müşteri kadar kredi kartı sistemini kullandığımız bankaya karşı da sorumluluğumuz söz konusudur.
Lütfen dikkat ediniz!
Sevkiyat sırasında zarar gördüğünü düşündüğünüz paketleri, teslim aldığınız firma yetkilisi önünde açıp kontrol ediniz. Eğer üründe herhangi bir zarar olduğunu düşünüyorsanız kargo firmasına tutanak tutturularak ürünü teslim almayınız.
Ürün teslim alındıktan sonra kargo firmasının görevini tam olarak yerine getirdiği kabul edilmektedir.
Ürün hasarlı ise, hazırlamış olduğunuz tutanağı en kısa zamanda merhaba@kreain.com mail adresine bildiriniz.
Bu işlemleri gerçekleştirdiğiniz takdirde paketinizle ilgili çalışmalara başlayarak, en kısa zamanda teslimatın tekrarlanmasını sağlayacağız.
